The Deputy Director of Animal Services is the Co-Supervisor of Animal Services Officers & shares the responsibility for the oversight & accountability of day to day departmental operations of Animal Services, Dispatch & Admissions. The Deputy Director is responsible for public relations, program development, community outreach, and development of departmental work schedules & monitoring to insure proper use of time.

The Admissions Clerk is under the immediate supervision of the Triage Supervisor. The Admissions Clerk is responsible for providing quality customer service to individuals entering the center with animals or on the phone. The Admissions Clerk handles the intake processing of animals into the center from community residents and the reclaiming of animals by owners.
