Admissions Clerk

The Admissions Clerk is under the immediate supervision of the Triage Supervisor. The Admissions Clerk is responsible for providing quality customer service to individuals entering the center with animals or on the phone. The Admissions Clerk handles the intake processing of animals into the center from community residents and the reclaiming of animals by owners.

Experience: Experience in animal protection, investigation, management, administration, shelter operations, military service, law enforcement, criminal justice or public security are required related employment fields. Minimum two years working in an animal related field dealing with people/public.

Education: Experience in animal protection desired. Minimum two years of working with the public.
